BBQ – Chicken Wings – Maple Teriyaki
Salty, sweet, caramelized. There's only a brief window where sugaring season overlaps with grilling season – make the most of it.

Method
Sauce:
- Mix well. Simmer in a skillet for 10 minutes to thicken
Wings:
- Grill until almost done, about 20 minutes
- Toss in sauce
- Return to grill for another 5 minutes, flipping frequently (and spoon on more sauce as delicious)
